And here we have an example of how some do not understand free speech or what Elon Musk is pushing for with regards to Twitter. Each and every one of those who signed an open letter criticizing their boss had the right to do so. They're not being prevented from writing a letter and the government isn't throwing them into jail for exercising that right. However, like with all our rights, we are responsible for how we use them. Exercising my right to own and use a gun does not prevent me from being held responsible if I purposefully or even accidentally kill someone with that gun. The same goes for assembly... You cannot assemble on private property without someone having the right to remove you. Speech works the same way. If you choose to tell your boss off in an open letter, you are a moron if you think there won't be any consequences. Go ahead, try it if you think you can. I applaud Elon for not putting up with this shit.
