CPL Douglas Chrysler She is claiming it is an injury. Regardless, even if GEICO does have to pay anything it is only up to the limit of per person/per accident which is nowhere near 5.2 million bucks.

So a guy with a STD passes it on to another and people are up set because the woman who contracted the STD filed suit and won. Seems fitting to me.

GEICO Is, Of Course, Challenging The Settlement.
My God Man, Isn't 5.2 Million Just A Little Too Much To Settle A Problem
