Video shows 13-year-old buy a gun on first try

Somebody done effed up! Were that a private seller, I could see where the kid would be successful. This guy appears to be a licensed dealer and definitely did NOT follow federal regulations regarding firearms purchases. I used to sell firearms at a local sporting goods store. The rules are VERY specific about who, when, where, and how afirearm could be released to a customer.
