Guard Officer Allowed to Retire with Benefits After 'Motorboating' Subordinate

Shame on the officers on the officer separation board.

I was on a panel to make a decision to give the officer an honourable or other than honourable or dishonorable discharge.

This the same kind of corruption that gave Ensign Hunter Biden a general discharge instead of a dishonorable discharge for being high on drugs. I am sure his daddy helped with that.

I hope the National Guard Bureau steps in and stops this miscarriage of Justice!
