PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln - I was at PSNS Washington, Assigned to USS California CGN-36 the Chief and I were Constantly at War so the LT recommended I Fly out to the PI to Meet Up with USS Arkansas CGN-41 they were Short an O-Brancher or Two enroute to Desert Storm. So Off I Went. I Arrived Like 10 June. Talk about Bad Timing. LOL!
