If this is overturned it DOES NOT MAKE ABORTIONS ILLEGAL...what it does is give that decision back to the voters of each state to decide whether to ban or not. People are getting all upset and making false claims that it means no more abortions (I personally wish that were true) but that is not the case...it is putting the decision back in the hands of the voters where it needs to be.

Funny how the Democrats scream "my body, my choice" when it comes to abortion but not to when it came to a vaccine. That aside, personally I do not believe in abortion except in certain circumstances. However, my personal beliefs do not trump someone else rights. If a person wishes to have an abortion then it is on them. It is something that they will have to live with. But, tax payer money should never be used for abortion. They have to pay for it.

What about to save the life of the mother? Would that not be a special situation for tax payer money to pay for it?

PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln that is a medical need and should be covered under health insurance. And argumentatively Medicaid (which I know is tax payer funded). So in short, yes due to a emergency medical need. What I originally meant with never with tax payers money was those who got pregnant want an abortion. (Not medical emergencies)

MSgt (Join to see) - I thought that might be the case. I todays world of such strongly held opinions I had to check.
