Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt signed a bill Tuesday that bans the use of nonbinary gender markers on state birth certificates.
It's the first ban of its kind in the U.S., according to LGBTQ legal advocacy group Lambda Legal. Several states have done the exact opposite in recent years, allowing citizens to use nonbinary gender markers on state documents.

I'm good with going back and forth for decades with the GOP and un-banning things they have banned.

It is not confusing; the argument based upon gender is set up by the Left. In the Left's current application of gender, it includes whatever you feel like being now and it makes gender a "social construct". For the purposes of required identification, letting males play in female sports, medical necessity, etc., all laws and requirements should replace gender with actual biological sex. And...... poof, the gender debate is no longer applicable!
