Alien civilizations from level 1 to level 7. We are only at level 0.72

Have you ever just relaxed yourself to just think about where you came from? God created mankind and all that enjoy life on planet Earth...But He also created the Universe and everything in it... Yet is there something else beyond that we as an Earth bound civilization have yet to learn about life and life forms? I don't know the answer to that hypothesis and perhaps never will... Having said that there are scientists who have analysed this hypothesis and have put pen to paper to try and explain the different types of possible "Alien" civilizations...

I share this with you from a scientific perspective, and although it may have implications to differing philosophical beliefs, I have accepted it as one hypothesis among many that may be derived...
