They not only impersonated LE officers, but they also allegedly bribed Secret Service agents. (Same story from different source)

SrA John Monette The gifts and apartments thing makes me feel like is was more a campaign to compromise real officers for reasons unknown. It could just be some wanna bes, but that seems like a lot of money for them to burn and the question becomes where did said money come from?

Just saw this on the noon news. Every officer who accepted any bribe needs to fry and be in jail for a long time.
