I'm going to commit the cardinal sin of internet commenting. I am commenting without reading the article.
Problem 1) It is from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Problem 2) It is from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Problem 3) It is from the Russian Ministry of Defense.
Problem 4) Did I mention that it is from the RUSSIAN MINISTRY OF DEFENSE?
The odds of this being propaganda are about 99.99999999% Even if there is truth woven into the story, that truth will be indistinguishable and inseparable form the lies and distortions.
