A federal judge in Manhattan has barred Donald Trump from countersuing rape accuser E. Jean Carroll — in a fiery new decision that accuses the former president of "dilatory" and "frivolous" delay tactics.
"In the Court's view, characterization of defendant's previous and threatened future actions as dilatory, in bad faith or unduly prejudicial would be a bootless excercise. They are, in varying degrees, all three," US District Judge Lewis Kaplan said in a 23-page ruling.

Probably because she has a history of manipulating and scamming people:
'A number of those in close contact with Reade over the past 12 years, a period in which she went by the names Tara Reade, Tara McCabe or Alexandra McCabe, laid out a familiar pattern: Reade ingratiated herself, explained she was down on her luck and needed help, and eventually took advantage of their goodwill to extract money, skip rent payments or walk out on other bills."
Are there victims out there with problematic pasts? Sure. With Tara Reade though - the fact she can't remember what she wrote on the alleged complaint she made and the fact that she didn't bring this up when he was Vice President at all and that it only came up when he was in the running against Bernie? It's just not adding up.
Is Biden a bit of a creeper who didn't know how to respect boundaries over the years? Sure. Rapist? Probably not.
Now let's try to stop ignoring the countless SA allegations against Trump and the fact he's admitted to SA multiple times.
I mean Trump could have easily squashed this case if he just submitted to a DNA test to match to the DNA this woman says she has from an item of clothing from the alleged encounter.
