An attack on Kharkiv has killed dozens of people reports say. Videos shared on social media showed rockets landing in Kharkiv, in what some defence analysts described as typical of a cluster munition strike on a dense, urban area. Ukraine's president, Volodymyr Zelensky, has described the bombardment as a war crime, and said there were eyewitness accounts of civilians being deliberately targeted during Monday's attack on Ukraine's second largest city.
A resident of Kharkiv says that the attacks have become more intense and are targeting different areas. She says that many residents are sheltering underground, and that families, with animals and children, have been there several days, although she and her family will stay in their apartment for the time being, until she sees soldiers on the streets.
