I bet the base CO and his staff have hot water, right?
On one hand, I'd say, SITFU. You're in the military. Hot water is a luxury.
On the other, this is typical dysfunction in the bureaucratic military. Replacing temperature control valves is expected to take a couple of weeks? I could get a civilian plumber in there and have it done by tomorrow morning at probably 1/50th the cost of what they'll end up paying.
And WTF have they been doing since 2015 where they still haven't fixed the problem? 6 years and you idiots can't find a f*cking plumber that knows his ass from a hole in ground?
The CO and his whole chain of command need to be pushed out. These clowns seem to have been absent they day taught Troop Welfare at OCS.
