Private schools or charters is the answer. When schools have to compete for education funding, it will force improvement. Also, decertify the NEA.

Some public schools are excellent, a lot are left wing indoctrination centers. I read a story about a kid out of a DC public school who graduated magnum cum laud etc. His teachers were so proud. Here was one who had actually made it. He got a full ride academic scholarship. When he arrived at college he functioned at a 6th grade level. It was so damn depressing. That was decades ago, I don’t believe it has changed much.
