Is this racism, or using racism for politics or was Joe Biden being a typical jerk? The women Biden filibustered seemed to have it all. It wasn’t a Supreme Court nomination but to a Superior court from which produces Supreme Court nominations .

Back then Joe was a senator he did not need the black vote like he did to be president. Plus Joe is just a hypocrite.

I don’t think this example is racism. Not confirming someone because you don’t want your opponent to “get the win” is childish and stupid but not racist. However, making a person’s race and gender the qualifier for your nomination is racist and sexist.
