Well since he was found not guilty i would think they should return his property. Interestingly enough, why he wants his property back puts him in a better light (at least in my eyes). It tells me he understands the magnitude of what happened and the tragedy of it.

Nice false framing.. The article is about him getting seized property back... Not him having a soliloquy about philosophy...

This issue has been resolved. State prosecutors, the defense and the man who purchased the gun agreed to let the Kenosha Police Department and Kenosha Joint Services destroy the firearm, along with the magazine and the scope, so that the weapon "will not be in anyone's possession," Kenosha County Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger said during a hearing in Kenosha County circuit court Friday.
