He should!
Let me put this in perspective, in 1980 I arrived in Turkey for a one year remote shortly after a coup attempt. I was at a Turkish Air Base and it turned out that all the provincial participants of the coup were in jail on the base where I was. The majority remained in jail the entire time I was there but I do recall a couple trials and guilty verdicts.

But we're not Turkey! Don't you know that all of those who are in jail for 1/6 are innocent Lt Col John (Jack) Christensen ???

SrA John Monette Sorry, I understand "innocent until proven guilty" but the more we learn everyone of them are exactly where they belong until their trials.
