Why You Should NOT Form an LLC!

Why does Trump pay minimum taxes? If you are a W2 employee - have been your whole life - you know NOTHING about how the tax codes work, nor how any millionaire can claim they pay a ton of taxes yet their 1040 only shows $600 (or whatever very small amount it may be).

I've run a LLC for a couple decades, I should have switched to a S-Corp but was not tax savvy at that time. I was smarter than the average bear (employee) to know I could save a gob by being in a LLC and get paid via a 1099.

My wife and I are opening another 2 or 3 businesses later this year, or next year and they will all start as LLCs. I now have a clearer understanding of S-Corps and we will be working towards that. Even if my hope of a family business does not come to fruition (being able to pass it on to the kids) we have a better road map to follow.

I already know those that hate Trump will ignore this post *ONLY* because I dared print his name. I also know these same people will willfully remain ignorant. Change my mind.
