7th amendment require right to jury trail in all disputes greater than 20 dollars... Thus a default judgement would violate that

Cpl Benjamin Long - Seventh Amendment for jury trial applies to US federal cases. The lawsuit against Alex Jones was a Texas case. The Infowars founder can demand jury, but state court has the right to say no.
