PO2 Russell "Russ" Lincoln But Will the Store "Prosecute"? Release their People to Go to Court? Take it from someone that's Great Aunt was a Store Dick and Provides that Service Occasionally for One of the Oldest Malls in the US and for 2 Clients.

This guy know what most don't. The odds of getting caught are minimal and then it is likely to be treated as a misdemeanor if at all. In California, they won't even deal with shoplifting if you steal less than $950 worth you are off scot-free. If you are a professional, that is a great deal of money to be made every day.
