Two Georgia election workers are suing One America News Network's (OAN) parent company, its top officials and former President Trump’s ex-lawyer Rudy Giuliani over election fraud claims touted in the aftermath of the 2020 presidential election, contending that the parties' assertions were defamatory.
Wandrea “Shaye” Moss, who worked as a voter registration officer in Fulton County, and her mother, Ruby Freeman, who was a temp worker during the 2020 election, filed a defamation lawsuit against the defendants on Thursday in federal court in Washington, D.C., according to Reuters.
The lawsuit names Herring Networks, a media company that owns OAN, Robert Herring, the organization’s chief executive, Charles Herring, the group’s president, and OAN reporter Chanel Rion as defendants. Giuliani is also listed as a defendant.

I bet Trump didn't pay Giuliani LOL, but Giuliani deserves to go down for trying to carry all those fake lawsuits forward and all the rest of the crooked stuff he did. I think he will turn states evidence against Trump to save his own hide.

The charges not only of election fraud but of being complicit in that alleged fraud has put many at risk throughout the country. Anyone who tells the truth is accused of not being a patriot. We have had 3 audits of our election results in Wisconsin with nothing to indicate any substantial fraud. Yet here we are with a fourth investigation being conducted funded by the citizens to the tune of $675,000 pushed by the party that says it believes in fiscally responsible government
