California Blocked from Enforcing Mag Ban Pending Supreme Court Review :: Guns.com

This bit of info says to Me that the 9th Circuit, En Banc, realizing it has been overturned more than any other Federal Appeals court, in the country, by SCOTUS, in overturning 2 lower court decisions and their own preliminary 3 judge review, expects to be overturned by SCOTUS again. They made a decision that would make the CA gov't happy then put a stay on implementation, pending review by SCOTUS. But this is just my point of view.
