The Reason for the Season is far behind the retail gaff. It is aggravating.

Not to say this is true for everyone, but mental illness are the very thing that is not seen in a job interview. It is so well hidden that no one will ever notice it. The person themselves will never be questioned about it and that person may appear to be very normal to our eyes until it happens. I've meet quite a few in my time in the Military as well as in the civilian sector. Or at least the kind ones. Non harmful.
