I hope she gets the maximum punishment allowed under the law. She can feel bad for killing him in prison where she belongs.

She can only hope the jury finds her guilty of a lesser charge.
There is indeed stress in the heat of the moment, and that may have been her training failure, but there is a lot of difference between weapons!
The taser is holstered on the weak hand side; weights are different, color, trigger pull, and sight pattern.

26 years on the force and being a weapon trainer for years doesn't help her case. She scored high on her own weapon training as well. I hope she gets the maximum.
