Usually before about 5 or 6 in the evening if I am not drinking Coffee I am drinking Iced Tea. So I should be good to go.

Coffee gets me *too* wired later in the day, so I switch to tea - black ones earlier on.. green for later still. And mint tea is perfect for bedtime. :)
