Charge him with murder too. What about the other officer? Anything pending on him?

All he had to do was tip the guy's chair over at best. There's literally no justification for this. He was merely suspected of shoplifting.
Before the "He HaD a KnIfE" comments he was in an electric scooter. 61 years old. Disabled. Literally zero threat.
