I've seen the recording. It seems to me those guys were completely out of line, but I'd want to see the video a hundred more times etc if I was a juror. It seems like the should have called the police and followed him rather than try to detain him.

It seems like they had no right to detain him at all. He wasn't breaking any laws. He hadn't committed any crime. They had no reason to follow him, stop him or assault him. He was defending himself from them.

For people who say "who runs in the attire he was wearing?" People who can't afford workout clothes or decent running shoes.

The defense lawyers in this case know they have no case. The closing arguments...all they did was victim blame and that one attorney who mentioned he had "long dirty toenails..." seriously?
