Why thousands of restaurants are open, but you're not allowed inside

Restaurant workers are tired of crappy customers and crappy employers so they're quitting. I don't blame them. I waited tables in college and some people treat wait staff so poorly it's mind boggling. So I absolutely understand why these places can't find people to work for them.

If this is what build back better looks like, I'm not interested.
