"I'm not ashamed to say that I actually prayed over what is the appropriate sentence in this case because there was great pain. There was great harm. There were multiple crimes committed in the case," Murphy said. "It seems to me that a sentence that involves incarceration or partial incarceration isn't appropriate, so I am going to sentence you to probation."

The JUDGE said this. The judge had to 'pray' over whether or not to give this person prison time for ADMITTING TO RAPING FOUR GIRLS. FOUR! 15 and 16 years old all of them. He gets eight years probation.

This is why people don't report being raped/sexually assaulted. There's no justice.

If there were 4 young girls who said no, and he forcefully had sex with them against their will, I would think 8 years in prison for each case, 32 years in prison would have been giving him a break.

He plead guilty. He admitted to it. It helps to read both articles I posted...so there's no "if" he did it. He did it.

The sentence that was up for the judge was 8 years in prison. He got 8 years probation.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff - I think Karma will catch up to him real quick. He's got 4 furious dads who are probably looking for a tree 100 yards from his front door and put a hot piece of metal right in his heart, and then he will get caught and go to prison, and it will be the judges fault.
