Many think it's the state where the 1918 Pandemic originated. Doesn't look like anything has changed in a 100 years.

SrA John Monette Yep! Backstory, The State Government was too Chickens^^t to do it or Vote for it. they hmmmd and hawwed then finally said "Let's Put it to a Public Vote" Voters Overwhelming Supported It, Now they're dragging their feet once again in Implementing it.

Isn't MO one of those states where the legislators think they know more than the majority of citizens? I know ours in Arkansas feel that way.
