Yesterday the White House announced a series of new support options for veterans exposed to burn pits while in service. I am incredibly grateful that this issue is getting the attention it deserves and pray that expanded benefits will work to improve the lives of those exposed.

Burn pits for trash, burning the latrine cans, the oil well fires in Kuwait, and all the dust we breathed in and there were not health issues! This is our generations Agent Orange. The government and the VA need to take care of the veterans they sent over there and not keep piece-mealing health care and support.
