Why the US nursing crisis is getting worse

I have a friend in nursing school. He said there were a few in the class that were unaware that not getting the vaccine would essentially disqualify them from work. Sad. The unvaccinated are crippling our healthcare system.

LTC Eugene Chu absolutely right, my employer offers staff bonuses for referring nurses to the company, so much if they are hired and so much if they stay employed for a year.
