I hated micromanagers in the Army with a passion, because they don't allow us to do our work and instead, inundate us with a barrage of questions and constant criticism. After being lauded as a superb officer by CoC up to GOs for serving as Operations Leader and Command XO in their absences, aside from your own assignment, how can such a leader become worse than sliced bread? I fail to comprehend such personalities.
