It is a difficult, complex, time-consuming task; deliberately so." The Judicial and Executive branches don't even have that power, under the Constitution.

The Constitution is a punchline to jokes, vomited up by politicians and the elite. The only way they will abide by the Constitution is if we make them, and honestly, I don't think most people have the fortitude, or the stomach, to do that.
