There property of the Military G.I the only shot I refuse was that BS ANTHRAX NBC shot…

General discharge, under honorable conditions in most cases.

Why the difference,what about if it was any other lawful oder?

TSgt Thomas Monaghan Because most of these are going to be administrative discharges. They’ll take into account prior service performance; as long as the service member’s record is clean, that’ll be the discharge.

I’m sure there will be a few who manage to fight to get an OTH, though.
