PO2 (Join to see) The jarring of running with my back and no cartilage in the lower lumbar region (bone on bone) makes it really hard to run.

I'm trying to just get jogging again. Back operations and ham string pulls ain't gonna keep me back. Just got go slow and easy. I'll let y'all know how this old Mississippi stump jumper is doing. Have a Blessed and glorious day.
