Why is it so hard to understand that when you violate their terms of service - they can ban you permanently? He violated their terms repeatedly for 5+ years too. That was proven when there were two people who made up accounts - one on FB, one on Twitter - that were literally nothing but copying and pasting his FB posts and tweets and they were banned within hours.
I have had several FB blocks in the last year - I don't agree with them but FB has every right to do it. I don't have to use their service either. I had a Twitter account that was permanently suspended - I have no clue why. I didn't use it for like 3 days before I logged in and got the notice I was suspended - but I already had a back up account before that.
His 1A rights are not being violated by Twitter because they can't violate anyone's 1A rights. The 1A protects us from government censorship.
