This Battle of the Second Crusade in 1187 was a classic lack of command & control. The French forces & other knights from various countries far outnumbered the Muslim Army, led by Saladin. His unified force was better trained & Saladin's tactics during this Crusade was very effective in capturing many of the Templar Knight held territories in Egypt and the Levant Regions of Syria and Palestine. Which consisted was an unorganized region/area of various people's and religions, to include Jerusalem & other key cities. Nice history share SGT (Join to see) ...!
