Does China Rule the World?

I used to worry about this, but if so, it will be a long time down the road... China has been letting their infrastructure wilt away for years... They need to do a lot more to improve the quality of life for the people... There economy does seem to be catching up with ours, but you have to figure it's for 4 times as many people spread out over a lot more area and with problems abound that have been building and ignored.
