Congressman Madison Cawthorn Introducing Bill to Ban Military from Enacting ‘Red Flag Laws’

That's good news, and as anyone knows, the military needs "red flag laws," even less so than the civilian arena. For Pete's sake, the military is alll about weaponry and they certainly have more means to deal with domestic disturbance issues and other issues between service personnel.
Besides, all it would take to put attention on anyone who seems to be potential trouble, is an NCO running it up his/her chain of command, or someone concerned to report a potential issue TO his/her NCO.
