I'm always on the fence with this one. I know we *should* be able to do this by now, but I'm intimately knowledgeable about the threats. I'd more worry about how lazy most voters would be with their access into the system and how that could be usurped en masse to cause trouble. I see thing happen enough in my clients. I want to believe we are smarter, but I know better.
