It doesn't matter if you are a military member acting in the capacity of the military while flying a civilian cessna. It doesn't give you a pass on violating flight rules or TFRs. The only people allowed on TFRs are those that have been cleared ahead of time or have been cleared by ATC.
it's extremely concerning that this instructor did not preflight like any military or civilian pilot would do prior to jumping into an airplane and flying and violating a tfr.
Anyhow whomever this is, hope they learn from it and use it as a teaching aide to future aviators.
