Every time I hear someone say "Not My job" I just want to physically adjust the angle of their head.

MAJ Dale E. Wilson, Ph.D. I read the article. It seems there was a huge lapse in common sense and due diligence because a person was missing not a basketball. How much energy could walking to a stairwell and looking to see if a person was present could have taken?
