USPS exempt from Biden vax mandate for 100M workers

There are about 500,000 postal workers who, wether vaccinated or not, some how appear to be declared safe from spreading Covid to fellow employees and others, or catching the disease. I understand that Biden is giving Americans two choices to fight Covid. First get vaccinated and let your immune system gear up, or join the postal Union and magically become safe from covid!
