I love whole milk...BUT I found out about 4 months ago I am allergic...developed a allergy to cows milk so now I drink Almond Milk...now that I am use to it, it is pretty good.

You can also try A2A2 Milk, it lacks the BCM7 peptid. Many people who are allergic are allergic to that. Goat and sheep milk also lacks it.

We actually get raw milk from a local farmer. Heard is tested regularly and cattle are very well treated.
