US Supervised Segregation proposed by Biden for Iraq was rejected as a non-starter but here he goes attempting the same policy in regards to Israel. Once a segregationist, always a segregationist. Does the guy learn from the mistakes of his past or is he destined to repeat them over and over again until he triggers a major war or conflagration? Oy!
