Empirical weight term used by the reporter basically means the same as anecdotal. Empirical definition is - originating in or based on observation or experience. The observation or experience of that author based on what real data? Like I said in other places on RP, political agenda is the driving force behind COVID-19 media reports. The CCP is enjoying how the media is using a crisis to pit Americans against one another. I know many liberals who do not wear masks and do not want the vaccine and many Conservatives who wear masks and are vaccinated. Just look at the recent Vibramycin story to prove what I say about political and media motivations. And a final point. How many people have media and politicians ridiculed and shot hate speech at for not getting a flu shot in the past? Capt Gregory Prickett
