The Japanese Surrender aboard the USS Missouri in 1945 in color! [HD restored & AI colorized]

On September 2, 1945, the formal surrender of Japan was signed aboard he USS Missouri marking the end of World War II. The greatest moment, in my opinion, was when Medal of Honor recipient, General Jonathan Wainwright was given one of the five pens used to sign the document of surrender. He had been held in Japanese POW camps since the fall of the Philippines in 1942.
