He destroyed much of the chain of command and paved the way for this mess. Many now are more concerned with saving their jobs and ass kissing that doing what should be done ! It no longer in many cases about Who is the best leader. You won't see them doing what this Marine Commander is doing, they are too busy looking out for themselves.
