A sad day! Also a very lengthily British / IRA conflict. I remember being in London and being made to be aware of packages (IEDs/Backpacks etc.) left without an obvious owner on mass transit. Too bad we can't make certain "Targets" off-limits to all parties involved in a conflict. All's Fair in Love and War doesn't cut it!
